When the motor is used to drive the reducer, the output gear of the reducer is completely disengaged from the big gear of the scraper by the upward movement of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. When the reducer is used to tighten the chain, the output gear of the reducer is completely meshed with the big gear of the scraper by the downward movement of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to realize the tightening of the chain.
