The digital control valve consists of a valve block, a counterbalance valve, a pressure reducing valve, a shuttle valve, a hydraulic control valve, a solenoid control valve, a pressure sensor and other accessories. It is used in underground coal mine working face transmission equipment with manual control function.

The digital control valve drives the hydraulic motor forward and reverse. When the main system needs to tighten the chain, the main system sends a signal to the control valve to drive the solenoid valve. When the main system needs to tighten the chain, the main system sends a signal to the control valve to drive the solenoid valve. The valve has self-locking and anti-drag functions. The forward and reverse rotation of the motor is controlled by the solenoid valve. When the manifold is fed with fluid, the pilot solenoid valve controls the forward and reverse rotation of the motor and at the same time automatically opens the brake.
